It doesn't get hot in Western Washington much but when it does, I enjoy a nice cold Watermelon Coolie. With 0 points this drink is VERY refreshing and Weight Watchers friendly. WARNING: if you make this an ADULT beverage make sure to add the points for the Alcohol.

- 2 cups roughly cubed cold watermelon
- 1/4 cup truvia
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup water (or favorite adult beverage)
How To Make watermelon coolie

Step 1Roughly Cut up Watermelon into two inch cubes, Be sure the Watermelon is Cold, if not use more ice.

Step 2Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
