Watermelon Coolie

It doesn't get hot in Western Washington much but when it does, I enjoy a nice cold Watermelon Coolie. With 0 points this drink is VERY refreshing and Weight Watchers friendly. WARNING: if you make this an ADULT beverage make sure to add the points for the Alcohol.

  • 2 c
    roughly cubed cold watermelon
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
    ice cubes
  • 1/4 c
    water (or favorite adult beverage)

How To Make

    Roughly Cut up Watermelon into two inch cubes, Be sure the Watermelon is Cold, if not use more ice.

    Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  • 3
    Drink while still cold
