A Radler is a thirst quenching, beer based drink that has been popular in Austria, for a very long time; especially in the summer. It is a mix of beer and either Almdudler, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Lemon Soda or Lemonade. This version combines light, crisp lager and homemade lemon soda made with fresh squeezed lemon juice. Sounds great to me. I know first hand that ginger ale and beer are good together, so I am betting the other beer variations will be just as good.
