This recipe was created as part of a signature drink challenge. I decided to make a shot and a cocktail using some of the same ingredients. This delicious after dinner cocktail, is perfect for sipping. Take it out onto the deck to enjoy while you sit back and watch the sun go down after a busy day. You'll only need the one... Ingredients

2 ounces coconut rum (Malibu)
2 ounces Bailey's espresso cream
2 ounces Baja Rosa
1/4 - 1/2 cup 1 % milk
4 - 6 ice cubes

How To Make summer's kiss

Step 1

Put your ice cubes into a chilled glass. Then add the coconut rum, then the Espresso Baileys and the Baja Rosa.

Step 2

Next slowly pour in milk. Stir and enjoy!
