Ingredients
- 4 cups milk, divided
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 4 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces white chocolate liqueur
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 sticks cinnamon (6-inches)
How To Make sugarplum toddy

Step 1Warm 2 cups of the milk, honey, cardamom, and baking chocolate in a saucepan until chocolate is melted.

Step 2Add remaining milk and heat until warm.

Step 3Stir in vanilla and liqueur.

Step 4Pour into cups, sprinkle with nutmeg, and add cinnamon stick stirrers.

Step 5VARIATIONS: Use almond extract instead of vanilla, and almond liqueur instead of white chocolate liqueur. Use peppermint extract instead of vanilla and peppermint schnapps instead of white chocolate liqueur.
