How To Make shrimp cocktail sauce
-
Step 1Pour the chili sauce in a bowl. Add the horseradish.
-
Step 2lemon juice and zest of the lemon. Salt to taste.
-
Step 3Dice the Avodado's and add to the sauce.
-
Step 4You have 2 choices for the shrimp. You can cut the tails off the shrimp and slice them in half and add them to the sauce or you can cut off or leave the tails on and place them in a seperate bowl for dipping into the sauce. If you add them to the sauce, you can divide into seperate bowls, add a slice of lemon onto the rim of the bowl and garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve as a traditional shrimp cocktail.
