Whitewater, WI

St. David, the patron saint of Wales, founded the Vales of Roses monestary. This drink celebrates his day, March 1, with roses and a relatively clear drink - kind of like the water he encouraged people to drink instead of beer! NOTE: cook time is actually chill time.
