Ingredients For rhubarb wine

  • 4 qt
    cut rhubarb, about 1-inch in length, washed and leave on skin
  • 4 qt
    boiling water
  • LET ATAND FOR 4 DAUS. STRAIN. ADD:
  • 3 1/2 lb
    sugar
  • 1 lb
    raisins
  • 6 slice
    unpeeled orange

How To Make rhubarb wine

  • 1
    Stir once a day for 9 days, bottle. Do not seal. When it stops working bottle and seal again. Makes about 8 quarts.
