Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped rhubarb
- 2 quarts water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3-oz. packages strawberry jello
- 2 cups vodka
How To Make rhubarb slush

Step 1Cook rhubarb, sugar and lemon juice until tender. Put sauce through strainer. Add jello to juice and stir until dissolved. Stir in vodka. freeze. Put 2 scoops in a glass and fill with 7-up. Makes about 8 servings.
