Unlike any jersey number in any other sports, the No. 10 jersey in both soccer and especially Welsh rugby, carries with it a certain caché, a sense of prestige, a sign of respect. This drink is also a sign of prestige and, maybe, respect?!

Ingredients For red number 10

  • 1 Tbsp
    strawberry puree
  • 1 c
    champagne or sparkling wine to fill glass
  • 1-2
    strawberries for garnish

How To Make red number 10

    Spoon the strawberry puree into a chilled champagne glass. Add champagne to top it off. Pour slowly, down the edge of the glass. Do not stir it or let it blend in fully.

    Garnish glass with a whole strawberry, cut with a slit at its tip to on the glass rim.
