- 1 cup champagne or sparkling wine to fill glass
- 1-2 - strawberries for garnish
How To Make red number 10

Step 1Spoon the strawberry puree into a chilled champagne glass. Add champagne to top it off. Pour slowly, down the edge of the glass. Do not stir it or let it blend in fully.

Step 2Garnish glass with a whole strawberry, cut with a slit at its tip to on the glass rim.
