sake, 750 ml, chilled
1 pt
canned wild berry juice cocktail concentrate, chilled
1 c
crushed ice
1/2 c
frozen raspberries, thawed
1/4 c
fresh lemon juice

How to Make Raspberry Sake


  • 1Put the sake, wild berry juice, ice, raspberries and lemon juice into a blender. Pulse several times until the raspberries are completely crushed.
  • 2Strain this mixture into 6 martini glasses and serve immediately!
