raspberry christmas candy cocktail
Once in awhile I end up with a collection of partial bottles of various liqueurs that I bought to make a certain recipe and then there they sit. So the Mad Scientist comes out and I experiment, This is one of those experiments. It reminded me of those hard raspberry candies at Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce chambord liqueur
- 1 ounce limoncello liqueur
- 2 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
- ice
- champagne, well-chilled
How To Make raspberry christmas candy cocktail

Step 1Fill cocktail shaker half full of ice. Pour in chambord, limoncello and cranberry juice; Shake vigorously.

Step 2Strain in a tall stemmed glass and top with chilled champagne.
