pomegranate margaritas
A nice change from the classic margarita. Great for summer. Cook time is time to freeze pomegranate ice cubes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pomegranate juice (or enough to fill 1 ice cube tray)
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 1/2 cup tequila
- - salt, for rim of glass
How To Make pomegranate margaritas

Step 1Pour pomegranate juice into ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, 2-4 hours.

Step 2Pop cubes from tray.

Step 3In a blender combine lime juice, liquor, and tequila. Turn blender to the highest speed and gradually drop in all but 2 juice cubes, whirling until slushy.

Step 4Wet the top of serving glasses and rim with salt.

Step 5Place a pomegranate cube in the bottom of each glass. Pour margarita mixture in and enjoy.
