I just loved this different take on a Pina Colada. This tasty cocktail is sure to cool you down on a hot summer evening.

Ingredients

  • 1
    48 oz. can of pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle
    pina colada mix
  • 1 c
    vodka
  • 1/2 c
    rum
  • ·
    lime, lemon or orange slices
  • ·
    white cream soda (can also use 50/50 soda or 7-Up)

How to Make Pina Colada Slush

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together and freeze overnight. (For convenience, I use clean plastic ice cream pails for this.)
  2. When time to serve, add 2 tablespoons (or desired amount) of slush to a glass and fill with white cream soda.
  3. Garnish with fresh tropical fruit.
