Ingredients

  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon extra dark cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 ounces frangelico or other hazel nut liqueur
  • 3 ounces coffee liqueur
  • - whipped cream, to taste
  • - semi-sweet mini chocloate chips, to taste

How To Make simply decadent spiked hot chocolate

  • Step 1
    Bring the half and half to a boil, then whisk in the sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate, and salt until the chocolate has melted and the remaining ingredients have dissolved. Reduce heat to low, pour in hazel nut and coffee liqueurs. Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips as desired.
