This refreshing and gorgeous cocktail is the perfect summer drink to sip when it’s hot outside.

Ingredients

3 cups ice cubes
2 cups peaches, pitted, peeled and cut into pieces
3/4 cup prosecco wine (substitute champagne)
4 ounces peach schnapps
2 ounces white rum
grenadine syrup, as needed

How To Make peach bellini

Step 1

In the jar of a blender, add ice cubes, peaches, Prosecco wine, peach schnapps and rum. Blend until the mixture gets slushy.

Step 2

At the bottom of a martini glass, pour in a little bit of grenadine syrup before pouring the peach mix into martini glasses.
Step 3

Drizzle grenadine syrup around the edges of the glasses. Serve immediately.
