How to Make Mimosas


  1. Mix OJ concentrate w/ 1-L club soda, up to 1 hour before party time
  2. Just before serving, add a few frozen raspberries (or sliced strawberries, if preferred) to each serving glass
  3. Add juice to fill glasses 1/2 way.
    Top with champagne just before serving.
    Plan two glasses per guest/ per 1.5 hours of party time
