I couldn't resist this one, with coconut rum, melon liqueur and fresh pineapple juice. It's a delicious drink with a delightful tropical flavor. The pineapple and Midori are both a bit subtle but blend well to create a delicious cocktail with a refreshing tropical flavor. I hope you try this one, it's rather good.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce midori melon liqueur
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce cream
  • 1 - maraschino cherry, for garnish
  • 1 - pineapple slice or pineapple wedge, for garnish
  • - ice cubes

How To Make midori splice

  • Step 1
    Place ice cubes in a highball or tall tumbler. Add the midori, coconut rum and pineapple juice. Gently stir from the bottom of the glass.
  • Step 2
    Slowly layer the cream on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry, and serve with a straw.
