I couldn't resist this one, with coconut rum, melon liqueur and fresh pineapple juice. It's a delicious drink with a delightful tropical flavor. The pineapple and Midori are both a bit subtle but blend well to create a delicious cocktail with a refreshing tropical flavor.

midori melon liqueur
1 oz
coconut rum
3 oz
pineapple juice
1 oz
maraschino cherry, for garnish
pineapple slice or pineapple wedge, for garnish
ice cubes

How to Make Midori Splice


  • 1Place ice cubes in a highball or tall tumbler. Add the midori, coconut rum and pineapple juice. Gently stir from the bottom of the glass.
  • 2Slowly layer the cream on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry, and serve with a straw.
