How to Make Homemade Kuhlua


  1. Mix sugar, coffee granules, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool and do not remove residue on top(mix this in). Then add 1 quart vodka and 1/2 vanilla bean, split down the center or 1 whole vanilla bean split down middle.
    Pour into gallon glass container NOT PLASTIC.
    Let set for 30 days or more ( the longer the better).
    Remove bean and pour into bottles and enjoy! Enjoy!
