Ingredients For hibiscus highball cocktail

    hibiscus tea brewed
  • 3 oz
    ginger tea brewed
  • 2 oz
    ginger ale, or gin

How To Make hibiscus highball cocktail

    Steep hibiscus tea and ginger tea.

    Combine with ginger ale or gin and shake with ice.
  • 3
    Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with ginger brew, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and orange peel.

    If your making punch, mix 1 gallon of chilled hibiscus tea with 1 gallon of ginger brew and 2 quarts of booze. Makes about 25 drinks.
