How to Make HIBISCUS HIGHBALL COCKTAIL
- Steep hibiscus tea and ginger tea.
- Combine with ginger ale or gin and shake with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with ginger brew, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and orange peel.
- If your making punch, mix 1 gallon of chilled hibiscus tea with 1 gallon of ginger brew and 2 quarts of booze. Makes about 25 drinks.
