1drain all canned fruit while cutting up the rest of the fresh fruit saving a few cherries for garnish
2fold all ingredients into the coolwhip and refrigerate until serving. at our house we need to pruchase an extra jar of cherries for garnish as the reserved ones seem to dissappear.
3as i said, a very good dish for the younger cooks as it doesnt take a very sharp knife or any advanced cutting skills to achive desired effect and they are so proud to have helped with the family meal
4hint: very good to serve with ham as it helps to cut the saltiness of the ham.
