I came up with this one last night as we were polishing off a bowl of homemade fresh salsa. The tomato "juice" that generates from the fresh salsa is wonderful in this drink. Let me know if you want my salsa recipe as this was downright tasty. We decided this would be a great replacement for bloody marys on a Sunday morning.

How to Make Fire in my Britches!

  1. We used the "juice" left over from my homemade salsa. Put it in a shaker, added good tequila, a squish or two of lime, put in some ice, shake real good, strain into a martini glass Garnish with a jalapeno slice and a lime wedge. ENJOY
