drink essentials: ghostbusters

Who ya gonna’ call? I saw this drink on the internet called, Casper the Friendly Ghost, and I thought that this dude was way too friendly… So, I added a bit of this, and little of that to make him a bit more impish, and called it Ghostbusters. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients For drink essentials: ghostbusters

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 2 scoop
    french vanilla ice cream
  • 2 oz
    half & half
  • 1/2 oz
    baileys
  • 1/2 oz
    kahlua
  • 1/2 oz
    vodka, or dark rum
  • 1 tsp
    maraschino cherry juice
  • 1 c
    ice, crushed
  • OPTIONAL ITEMS
  • whipped cream
  • maraschino cherry

How To Make drink essentials: ghostbusters

    Gather your ingredients (mise en place).

    Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.

    Pour into two glasses, then top with some whipped cream, and maybe a cherry. Enjoy.
