  • 1 oz
    white crème de cacao
  • 1 oz
    crème de menthe
  • 1 1/2 oz
    35% heavy cream
  • 7-8 large
    ice cubes
  • ·
    dollop whipped cream, for garnish
  • ·
    finely shaved dark chocolate, for garnish

How to Make Chocolate Grasshopper Martini


  1. In a glass of a Boston shaker, combine vodka, crème de menthe, crème de cacao, heavy cream and ice cubes. We’ll place the metal shaker on top and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  2. Place the strainer and pour the mix in a chilled martini glass; garnish with dollop whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Makes 1 cocktail.
