Pomegranate is a dark red elixir, found that Diabetes that drank Pomegranate juice lowered their risk of disease and reduced LDL (bad) cholesterol. Other then that I love the juice it's very tartness bring flavor to marinades, vinaigrette, fish and chicken.

How to Make Breakfast Pom Smoothie


  • 1Puree banana and berries in blender or food processor. Ad juice soymilk. Process until well blended.
