Pomegranate is a dark red elixir, found that Diabetes that drank Pomegranate juice lowered their risk of disease and reduced LDL (bad) cholesterol. Other then that I love the juice it's very tartness bring flavor to marinades, vinaigrette, fish and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/3 cup soy milk

How To Make breakfast pom smoothie

  • Step 1
    Puree banana and berries in blender or food processor. Ad juice soymilk. Process until well blended.
