For those who choose to imbibe, use real champagne, and peach schnapps in place of the nectar.

    crushed ice
  • 1 c
    frozen peaches
  • 3 oz
    nonalcoholic champagne
  • 3 oz
    peach nectar
  • 1 oz
    sprite or club soda
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1
    good strong blender

How to Make Boulevard Bellini (virgin cocktail)

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Divide into 2 glasses or wine goblets. Top with peach slice if desired.
