This recipe came with my bullet blender, but I have modified it so the whole family can enjoy it. For those who choose to imbibe, use real champagne, and peach schnapps in place of the nectar.

Ingredients

1 cup crushed ice
1 cup frozen peaches
3 ounces nonalcoholic champagne
3 ounces peach nectar
1 ounce sprite or club soda
1 teaspoon sugar
1 - good strong blender

How To Make boulevard bellini (virgin cocktail)

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Divide into 2 glasses or wine goblets. Top with peach slice if desired.
