Blackberry Infused Vodka

Ashley Ramsey

My local grocery store was having a sale on blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. I could not help but pick up a few cartons and then pondered what I would do with them. It struck me instantly that I should place them in mason jars and let the fruit ferment in vodka.

How to Make Blackberry Infused Vodka

  1. Wash Mason Jar and blackberries
  2. Add blackberries and sugar or sugar substitute into mason jar.
  3. Fill with vodka!
  4. Seal and place into a dark area of your pantry or cellar.
  5. Hands off and let ferment for two to three months for intense flavor! If you can't wait that long that's fine too because the drink will have a little flavor after just two weeks!
