bananas foster (cocktail)
This is an ice cream drink. I love the dessert, Bananas Foster. So when I saw this drink in my Bartending & Drink Recipes cookbook, I just had to try it. I'm glad that I did!

Makes about 4 drinks (depending on size)
Ingredients
- 6 - scoops vanilla or banana ice cream*
- 6 ounces captain morgan spice rum
- 2 ounces banana liqueur
- 3 - bananas, cut in chunks
- - cinnamon-sugar
- - caramel syrup -or- caramel ice cream topping
How To Make bananas foster (cocktail)

Step 1Chop the bananas in pieces. Place the bananas and other ingredients in a blender. Pulse or blend until the mixture is smooth. Swirl caramel syrup in the glasses. Divide the mixture between the glasses (I used Rocks glasses). Drizzle with more caramel, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top. Enjoy!
