A creamy banana daiquiri with all the flavor but less calories than the traditional daiquiris that have cream in them.

Ingredients

  • 1 - ripe banana, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1/4 cup honey (or two tablespoons sugar)
  • 1/2 - lime, juiced
  • 3 cups ice
  • 2 - maraschino cherries, to garnish

How To Make banana daiquiri

  • Step 1
    In a blender add all ingredients, except ice. Blend until everything is combined.
  • Step 2
    Add the ice and blend until frothy. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
