I started making recipes and naming them after my favorite people. I go according to there favorite flavors. Heres one for my nephew Anthony which also is a member of JAP. I got the idea from a NYC bar, didnt have recipe, so this is what I came up with. Pic from Bing

Ingredients

2 ounces light rum
8 ounces coconut milk
2 teaspoons instant coffee or coffee liquor (2oz)
4 tablespoons pineapple juice from canned pineapple
- toasted coconut and pineapple (for garnish)

How To Make antboys coffee colada

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in blender (except garnish) and blend till smooth. Place rim of glasses in pineapple juice, then in toasted coconut, Pour drink into glasses and garnish with pineapple.
