a fun wayto do mimosas!
Sunday brunch, has been around for decades and of course, the staple beverage of brunch has certainly most always been the beloved Mimosa, however, as brunch became popular in the US, the mimosa simply wasn’t invited. Prior to the late 60's and 70's as more Hollywood royalty began to serve them, the front runner cocktail for a classic Sunday brunch was, naturally, The Bloody Mary, although Banana daiquiris and Dry Martinis were also served. A world where the mimosa wasn't the star cocktail for every Sunday brunch? I can't even imagine the horror... I guess that's why it was a "bloody Mary!"
