3/4 cboiling water
1 pkg(81/2g) cherry jell-o or sugar-free
1/2 ccold water
1 cplain nonfat yogurt
1/2 tspvanilla extract
·fat-free cool whip or whipped cream

- In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into gelatine powder for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 cup.
- Add to Jell-O until slightly thickened.Remove any unmelted ice. Add yogurt and vanilla, stir until well blended. Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes.
