Decrease the carbs even more by using sugar-free pudding. You can also use sugar-free instant vanilla pudding for the white chocolate.

1 1/2 Starch
1/2 Skim Milk
- 1 pkg
- (3 ounce)instant white chocolate pudding/pie filling mix (dry)
- 1 1/2 c
- skim milk
- 6 tsp
How to Make WHITE CHOCOLATE CREME BRULEE (DIABETIC-FRIENDLY)
- 1IN: Medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, and milk.
POUR: Into 4 small ramekins.
- 2REFRIGERATE: 5 to 10 minutes or until set.
SPRINKLE: Each ramekin with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar.
- 3PREHEAT: Broiler.
BROIL: Watching carefully, or use small chef's torch to crystallize sugar.
***SERVE: Topped with your favorite berries, such as raspberries.
