- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 6 teaspoons sugar

Step 1IN: Medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, and milk. POUR: Into 4 small ramekins.

Step 2REFRIGERATE: 5 to 10 minutes or until set. SPRINKLE: Each ramekin with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar.

Step 3PREHEAT: Broiler. BROIL: Watching carefully, or use small chef's torch to crystallize sugar. SERVE. ***SERVE: Topped with your favorite berries, such as raspberries.
