  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

How To Make sugar-free-custard

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Add all ingredients except cinnamon. Blend well. Pour mixture into 8 custard bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place bowls inside a larger baking dish of cold water. The water should be 1/2 of the way up the side of the small bowls-this is what keeps the texture creamy. Bake for 30 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. 2.8 carbs per serving.
