This is from a diabetic friend of mine.I have never tried this but she swares it is good. So maybe you would like to fix this for your Diabetic loved one.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup splenda granular or 20 packets splenda
- 10 large eggs
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 pint water
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make sugar-free-custard

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Add all ingredients except cinnamon. Blend well. Pour mixture into 8 custard bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place bowls inside a larger baking dish of cold water. The water should be 1/2 of the way up the side of the small bowls-this is what keeps the texture creamy. Bake for 30 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. 2.8 carbs per serving.
