How to Make Squash Pudding
- Cook squash until tender; Drain. Mash and measure.
- Add sugar, milk, eggs, butter and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour into buttered baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
- Small squash makes the best pudding.
