Shake-it-up Chocolate Pudding

Anna B.

Did you know that making chocolate pudding can be as much fun as eating it? With this quick and easy recipe even a small child can help shake up a few healthy ingredients placed into a zip-top plastic bag into one scrumptious treat. Plus, with one tablespoon of chia seeds providing more calcium than a glass of milk, more Omega-3s than salmon, and more antioxidants than blueberries, this pudding will surly become the staple food in your home just like chia seeds once had been in the diets of ancient Aztecs and Mayans. Please try this super delight. You and your family will not be disappointed.

How to Make Shake-it-up Chocolate Pudding

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large zip-top plastic bag and zip shut. To prevent spills, place the bag into another zip-top bag.
  2. Shake the bag for about 2-3 minutes, or until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Open the plastic bag and squeeze the pudding into serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least a few hours. Serve topped with whipped topping and orange slices, if desired.
