This turns out to be a not too sweet version of bread pudding with crushed pineapple.

Ingredients For scalloped pineapple

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs,beaten
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened condensed milk, not whole can
  • 6 slice
    bread, torn up
  • 1 (20 ) oz
    can crushed pineapple, undrained

How To Make scalloped pineapple

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients; put in casserole dish.
  • 2
    Bake 1 hour at 350.
  • 3
    Remove from oven- sprinkle with cinnamon. Best served warm. Great with ice cream or whipped topping on top!
