This turns out to be a not too sweet version of bread pudding with crushed pineapple.

2eggs,beaten

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2 csweetened condensed milk, not whole can

6 slicebread, torn up

1 (20 ) ozcan crushed pineapple, undrained
How To Make scalloped pineapple

1Combine all ingredients; put in casserole dish.

2Bake 1 hour at 350.

3Remove from oven- sprinkle with cinnamon. Best served warm. Great with ice cream or whipped topping on top!
