Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chopped
- 3 tablespoons hershey's dark cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- more sea salt for garnish
How To Make salted dark chocolate pudding

Step 1In a small bowl whisk together 1/4 cup of the whole milk with the cornstarch. Set aside

Step 2In a medium saucepan add the remaining milk, sugar, chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla and sea salt. Heat until the chocolate has melted

Step 3whisk in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and place a piece of plastic wrap on top and let cool until set.

Step 4Sprinkle a little sea salt on top and enjoy
