Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make rice pudding

Step 1Mix all well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Put the dish in a shallow pan of hot water and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
