I love rice pudding it's so good and creamy.Really good when it's cold out.

Ingredients

  • 1 - egg
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 - pkg jell o vanilla cook&serve pudding
  • 1 cup rice, instant and uncooked white
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup raisins optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make rice pudding

  • Step 1
    Beat egg with whisk in sause pan .Gradually add milk, beating until well blended .Add dry pudding mix, stir 2 minutes or until well blended ,stir in rice you can put in 1/4 cup of raisins if you like .Bring to full rolling boil on med heat,stirring constantly . Remove from heat.Cool 5 min,strring occasionally ,pour in 10 dessert , or or put in 1 1/2 quart serving bowl ,sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
