pumpkin white cocolate pecan bread pudding
Something I came up with to “jazz up” my pumpkin bread pudding.

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 15 ounces canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 cups cubed french bread
- 1 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecan halves
How To Make pumpkin white cocolate pecan bread pudding

Step 1Mix milk, eggs, pumpkin. sugar, vanilla and spices in a bowl with a wire whisk.

Step 2Place cubed bread in a large bowl and pour egg mixture over. Stir to wet all of the bread and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Stir in chips and pecans and mix well.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350F. Coat an 11 x 7 glass baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour bread mixture into pan.

Step 4Bake 35-40 minutes or until set.

Step 5Cool and serve. (may be served warm or room temperature). Refrigerate leftovers.

Step 6I serve mine with whipped cream.
