Ingredients
- 16 ounces pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon allspice, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin pudding

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until set and smooth. Refrigerate until cold before serving.
