This is a recipe that I got from the high school cook book. Its just another way to use pumpkin. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon allspice, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin pudding

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until set and smooth. Refrigerate until cold before serving.
