This recipe came from my 4 thru 6th grade teacher..We learned to cook in class and one year our whole class brought in their family's favorite recipes and our teachers added all the recipes we made in class and we made a cookbook to give our mothers on mother's day. This brings back all those good memories.

Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 3 cups pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups evaporated milk
- 1 - cake mix, white or yellow
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups nuts
How To Make pumpkin pudding

Step 1Mix first 7 ingredients. Put in pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Pour melted butter on top. Spread 1-1/2 cup nuts on top of cake.

Step 2Bake 1 hour 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
