Ingredients
- 1 package pudding, sugar free vanilla (small box)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cool whip, fat free
- 3 - gingersnap cookies, crushed
How To Make pumpkin mousse

Step 1Whisk dry pudding with the spices to mix thoroughly.

Step 2Whisk in milk. Whisk 2 minutes.

Step 3Add pumpkin and whisk until it begins to set. Fold in Cool-Whip.

Step 4Cover aqnd chill for 1 hour.

Step 5In 6 small dessert cups, add 1/4 cup of the pudding - sprinkle with crushed gingernsaps - add another layer of pudding.
