- Whisk dry pudding with the spices to mix thoroughly.
- Whisk in milk. Whisk 2 minutes.
- Add pumpkin and whisk until it begins to set. Fold in Cool-Whip.
- Cover aqnd chill for 1 hour.
- In 6 small dessert cups, add 1/4 cup of the pudding - sprinkle with crushed gingernsaps - add another layer of pudding.
