gingersnap cookies, crushed
1Whisk dry pudding with the spices to mix thoroughly.
2Whisk in milk. Whisk 2 minutes.
3Add pumpkin and whisk until it begins to set. Fold in Cool-Whip.
4Cover aqnd chill for 1 hour.
5In 6 small dessert cups, add 1/4 cup of the pudding - sprinkle with crushed gingernsaps - add another layer of pudding.
