If you choose to buy ready made graham cracker pie crusts, this recipe is enough to fill 2. I like to double the recipe for more filling though.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 7 ounces jar marshmallow cream
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces container whipped topping, thawed
- optional - toasted coconut or finely chopped nuts
How To Make pumpkin dessert pudding

Step 1Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and softened butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes & let cool.

Step 2Mix marshmallow cream, pumpkin, spices, & salt together. Fold in 2/3 of whipped topping & spread over the graham cracker crust. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pumpkin mixture. Top with toasted coconut or nuts (optional) & chill until set.
