protein "moccha" pudding

I had weight loss surgery in april and had to get in my protein but think most the powders are way to sweet tasting, so thought to add the coffee to cut that down some. I also freeze these in individual serving size because I wasnt eating this fast enough before it went bad, that also helped with wanting a frozen treat during the summer

Ingredients
- 2 boxes pudding, sugar-free chocolate
- 4 scoops protien powder of choice
- 1/3 cup instant coffee, decaffinated
- 4 cups skim milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
How To Make protein "moccha" pudding

Step 1mix first 3 ingredients in bowl

Step 2add milk and whisk for 2 minutes

Step 3fold in whipped cream then put in fridge. I put mine in small freezer containers 1/2 cup size for portion control

Step 4note: the amount of coffee can be adjusted to your personal likes, I have used vanilla pudding in place of the chocolate for a "french vanilla" flavor, The whipped cream seems to help in reducing the "ice crystals" that form when freezing
