Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cup non dairy milk
  • 12 ounces soft regular or silken tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

How To Make pots de creme

  • Step 1
    Heat the non dairy milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming not boiling. Put the tofu and brown sugar in a blender, then add the chocolate chips. Pour in the non dairy milk and process until completely smooth. Spoon the mixture into small dessert bowls and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Serve chilled.
  • Step 2
    Can top with fresh raspberries or strawberries if desired.
