  • 3/4 c
    cup non dairy milk
  • 12 oz
    soft regular or silken tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    vegan chocolate chips

How to Make Pots de Creme


  1. Heat the non dairy milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming not boiling.

    Put the tofu and brown sugar in a blender, then add the chocolate chips. Pour in the non dairy milk and process until completely smooth.

    Spoon the mixture into small dessert bowls and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours. Serve chilled.
  2. Can top with fresh raspberries or strawberries if desired.
