This is Kathy's (my middle sister), favorite pudding to make for the holiday's. I guess it's because her husband loves it and his mother(Margaret) always made it this way.

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 ounces pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 16 ounces can fruit cocktail, drained well
- 16 ounces container thawed whipped topping
- 16 ounces can chunk pineapple, drained well
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
How To Make pistacio dessert

Step 1Mix together the pudding and the milk until blended and starts to thicken. Add whipped topping. Gently fold in fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks and marshmallows..Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
