This is Kathy's (my middle sister), favorite pudding to make for the holiday's. I guess it's because her husband loves it and his mother(Margaret) always made it this way.

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 ounces pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 16 ounces can fruit cocktail, drained well
  • 16 ounces container thawed whipped topping
  • 16 ounces can chunk pineapple, drained well
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

How To Make pistacio dessert

  • Step 1
    Mix together the pudding and the milk until blended and starts to thicken. Add whipped topping. Gently fold in fruit cocktail, pineapple chunks and marshmallows..Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
