This rice is soooo easy to make and it comes out perfect every time...I double the batch.. which is in this picture.... I usualy make large batch.. Because you can use left over to make fried rice , rice pudding, just about anything...I just LOVE the crock pot for cooking..

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    long grain rice, uncooked
  • 2 c
    water or chicken broth or beef broth.. depends how much flavor you want..
  • ·
    salt .. if you want..
  • ·
    butter

How to Make Perfect Crock Pot Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. Rub your slow cooker lightly with butter or margarine. a 4 quart crock pot
  2. Pour in rice, water and salt. Mix all together...Cover and cook on High 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, ,, Know your crock pot.. I do mine two hour.. perfect...Note: Up to 4 cups raw rice may be prepared in slow cooker making 10 cups cooked...
