  • 12.3 oz
    silken tofu
  • 1/3 c
    reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1/3 c
    confectioners' sugar

How to Make Peanut Butter Mousse

Step-by-Step

  1. Place tofu, peanut butter and sugar in a blender until smooth
  2. Divide among 4 glasses, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  3. Top with marshmallow fluff or fat free whip cream and sprinkle with peanuts or chocolate shavings.
