Ingredients
- 12.3 ounces silken tofu
- 1/3 cup reduced fat peanut butter
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
How To Make peanut butter mousse

Step 1Place tofu, peanut butter and sugar in a blender until smooth

Step 2Divide among 4 glasses, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Step 3Top with marshmallow fluff or fat free whip cream and sprinkle with peanuts or chocolate shavings.
